How it works

Confirm and book your required service via the form below, by telephone or by emailing mlcautofix@yahoo.com

We will contact you the day prior to the agreed collection date, to re-confirm

We will collect your vehicle on the agreed date, free of charge from your home or workplace and take it to our garage

We will carry out a full engine service or full engine service + MOT*** on your vehicle

We will contact you to let you know it's all done and arrange payment. Secure payment can be made by debit/credit card either over the telephone or via our secure mobile card reader when we return your vehicle. Alternatively you can BACS your payment directly into our bank account prior to your vehicle delivery. If you simply prefer to pay cash this can also be paid when we return your vehicle to you.

We will return your car the same day - simple!

**Dependent on availability of parts and ability to carry out repairs required if your vehicle fails MOT
***Any work required due to MOT failure will be at additional cost and to be agreed with the customer prior to commencement of any repairs

Well, not only is it a convenient way to get any work carried out on your vehicle without leaving your home or work but your vehicle is collected by us, the work is carried out by us and your vehicle returned to you only by ourselves at MLC Autofix – we are NOT an intermediary company who will allocate your vehicle to any random garage. Your vehicle will stay at our premises and any work will be carried out here at our garage. You will be contacted only by our staff at our garage and you will be able to speak to one of our team at any time should you wish to call us while your vehicle is here. Furthermore we will only advise you of any essential work which is required to your vehicle should we identify any issues when we are carrying out the service or MOT test – we will not try and up-sell any unnecessary repairs which many other companies providing this service will do!
The ball is entirely in your court and you can make any decisions if we suggest any work which in our professional opinion may need to be carried out with no pushy salesperson on the telephone trying to talk you into any repairs which your vehicle does not need.
